And what better it could be if these desi breads are given a unique twist. Presenting a different kind of paratha – an integration of a Gujju delectable with a Punjabi speciality – Dhokla paratha

Pillsbury Khaman Dhokla instant mix
Onion -1 big one
Capsicum – I small
Green Chilies - 2-3
Corriander leaves finely chopped – 1 tbsp

1. Make Dhoklas using the Pillusbury Khaman Dhokla instant mix

2. To make the stuffing: - Take 3-4 dhokla pieces in a bowl and smash it. Add finely chopped onions, capsicum, green chilies and coriander leaves and mix well


3. Fill the stuffing inside the roti and make the paratha.

4. Serve it hot with pickle.
