Say hello to a a simple but Fun Craft, Halloween Spooky Castle with Recycled Tetra Pak Cartons and Newspapers. All you need is a fun imagination. Here is how we made it, you can try it your way. Happy Halloween
DIY Spooky Castle!
What you need-
- 5 empty Tetra Pak Cartons
- Newspaper sheets, cut them into half and fold the sheets to make cone shapes
- A recycled Cardboard to make the base
- Drawings of Cutouts of spooky elements
- To up the eerie quotient - Sequins, small Glass shapes.
- And Fevicol of course
- Silver or Golden Glitter Paint to make the windows and doors shine.
Step by Step-
Step 1: Paint 4 Tetra Pak Cartons with black paint. And paint one with red colour. These will make the body of the castle.
Step 2: Fold Newspaper Sheets into a cone shape to make the roofs of the castle. Again paint these black and sprinkle them with red glitter for that spooky blood-dripping effect.
Step 3: Paint the cardboard Black too and place it on a table. This will become the base of the castle.
Step 4: Draw and cut out spooky elements like spiders, skulls etc. You can even use stickers of the same.
Step 5: Now stick the Cartons on the base cardboard. Place the red Carton in the centre and spread the four black ones on the side.
Step 6: Stick the conical roofs on top of the cartons.
Step 7: Hang the spiders from the roofs and paste the skulls on the cartons. Add the mirrors and sequins for the drama.
Your Halloween Spooky Castle is ready. Enjoy a fabulous story-telling session around this. It can also double up as a great Halloween Table display for your party.
