Scholastic Soulful Stories Workshop

Scholastic Soulful Stories - 8th June 2018

Have you ever thought that animals can inspire you to Yoga? “Upward facing dog pose” or “Cat Pose” are some proofs to this. Many yoga poses are named after animals. If learning Yoga can be made more attractive by adding some cute animals in the equation, will not combining animal stories with yoga art can help our kids learn the basic yoga and bring life to stories !!

Scholastic Soulful stories presents the animal stories with a twist on the 8th June 2018. Yoga expert will channel the inner animal in your kids through yoga poses while narrating a story and will add more soul to the story.

Similarly, the word “Graffiti” can bring up instant feelings of discomfort or danger as the origins of graffiti art come from the illegal vandalism. But did you know that Graffiti is academic and helps kids express themselves, connect to language arts and incorporate artistic conventions. Graffiti is also a combination of imagination and text like the stories. Therefore combining them will nudge out the essence of the stories.

Scholastic Soulful stories finale day – 8th June 2018, will highlight our effort to combine stories with Yoga (10am-12 noon) while the post noon session will focus on Graffiti art on Tshirts (1pm-3pm).
